| Executive Director Ione Heartsill (e-mail Ione) Ione is a licensed professional counselor who interviews families and helps them to develop and complete a plan leading to independence in a place for their family. They work together on seeking jobs and affordable housing and day care; applying for aid and other resources; budgeting and parenting issues; education and other needs. The counselor's office is in the residence which serves as the day-time home for the families. They are able to eat and rest there when not at work or school. Van Driver Dennis Phillips Dennis has worked for Texas Boys' Ranch and served at a van driver while a houseparent in Buckner. Welcome aboard.
